Light Duty Cleaners: 3 positions available. This is a permanent full time position. 36.5 hours.

Duties Include: Sweep, mop and wash floors, Wax and polish floors, Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Provide basic information on facilities, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings, Clean changing rooms and showers.

Wage: $15.00 per hour.

No experience required, training will be provided.

The successful applicant must be able to read, write and speak english.

Janitor Supervisor duties include:Supervise and co-ordinate the work of light duty cleaners and janitorsInspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are metRecommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipmentHire and train cleaning staffPrepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departmentsPrepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial recordsReceive payment for specialized cleaning jobsMay perform certain cleaning duties.

Workplace Settings:  Office building, Industrial facility, Commercial building, Private residence, Recreational Facility.
